Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
- Accompanied by any applicable tags and its original packaging.
- Returned with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important Notes:
- Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return, contact us at sales@bowerstypography.com. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Final sale items.
- Custom products, including personalized items.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a separate order for the replacement once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must meet the return eligibility requirements stated above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
